Using TheraPath

TheraPath is for licensed and pre-licensed mental-health professionals, and you must be at least 18 to use it. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Please give us accurate information and keep it current.

Your content is yours

Everything you put into TheraPath — your licenses, credits, documents, and notes — belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it for the single purpose of providing the service to you (tracking your compliance, generating your materials, and so on). We don't claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Use TheraPath lawfully and as intended. Don't upload other people's personal information without permission, attempt to break or abuse the service, or use it to do anything illegal.

A tool, not compliance or legal advice

This one matters: TheraPath helps you track and organize your continuing education and renewals, but it is not legal, compliance, or licensing advice. Requirements differ by state, board, and credential and they change over time. You are responsible for meeting your own board's actual requirements, and you should verify deadlines and rules directly with the relevant licensing authority. TheraPath is a helping hand, not the final word.

AI-generated content

Features that generate or tailor documents use AI, which can make mistakes. Always review anything we generate before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You're responsible for the final content you use.

Availability

We work hard to keep TheraPath reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheraPath and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed deadline, lapsed license, or loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Your responsibility for your licensure remains your own.

Ending your use

You can stop using TheraPath and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that misuses the service or violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above, and for meaningful changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use TheraPath after an update means you accept the revised terms.
